Pros

- strong culture - good work life balance - passionate about business - nice offices - great people - shuttle to train and NYC

Cons

Need to differentiate on bonus. The move to levels only benefited EB+ population - and that group got increases big bonus' and equity. Nothing changed for anyone else except a level / no bonus differentiation between 12, 13, 14. Not competitive or motivating comp structure - HR leader only focuses on 15+ and there is no path to get there. Change your bonus structures at other levels or expect attrition. The vibe is not positive in compensation. And new benefits (tuition reimbursement ) have been difficult - and no communication. The HR department needs to wake up.

Pros

Great benefits, lots of potential for growth and to move up. Management is very approachable and understanding of personal life. Tuition reimbursement if you are a business student is a huge perk and the pay is nice with possibility of monthly bonuses.

Cons

Can be stressful, customers can be a lot to handle and at times management can be very close minded on employee opinions and/or advice or concerns regarding changes to processes.

Pros

Very easy to network and establish connections within the business. Jon postings are always available, with the opportunity to move to different functions and locations.

Cons

Compensation isn't competitive. Gossipy culture. Poor mid-level management. No true development opportunities. Company seems to prefer hiring external rather than developing it's own talent.
