      Pros

      Growing company with GE heritage moving in a new direction as a retail bank. Senior Leaders are engaging and friendly. Consistently, I find the help I need and the resources available to get the job done. Super positive work environment with great call center managers and employees. Multiple departments in Phoenix so plenty of opportunity to move and grow in the company. This is absolutely a great place to work.

      Cons

      Due to the rapid growth, the Phoenix call center is running out of space. It is challenging to find and to book meeting rooms due to the high demand. No other cons since Sr. Leaders address concerns immediately.

      Pros

      Synchrony Financial has great leadership, excellent culture, superior benefits, offers competitive compensation, is employee friendly, has deep domain experience, flexible in finding business solutions, data driven, responsive to the market place and is technologically focused.

      Cons

      Synchrony Financial is very lean requiring a lot of energy from the exempt team. This is not the place to come if you looking for advancement opportunities and you are not going to work hard.

      Pros

      Your at home! They give raises about every 6months! Lots of different activities and rewards and bonus.

      Cons

      Don't feel connected, lots of rules, huge turn over rate, very easy to get written up. Hard to meet expectations and if not met will be written up. Have to rush customers off the phone.
