      Benefits are expensive but really good. Especially the EAP Remote work environment Opportunity to move around in the company to different departments. Gaining experience without leaving the company

      Growing is all about who you know. That's a company line. Your "good work" will not get you far. It will also get you passed up On the "professional" side, you must be extroverted Diversity is code for "white women". People of color struggle in advancing. Again due to the "who you know" Very high pace environment Stressful and demanding

      Some managers are nice and benefits are ok

      Cons

      Constant micromanaging from quality scoring people from overseas who give you bad marks in the worst possible English. I had to file an EEOC charge of discrimination for my age.
