Micromanaging and over-directing company

Pros
Completely remote position and some benefits of paid time off
Cons
Micromanaging company; managers expect you to stay on the phone for consistent call volumes while writing specific notes and documenting them before the client releases the call. For all of these requirements, I fail to see a pay increase. There are no shift leads to assist employees and managers barely reach out unless they see you not taking phone calls. They don't care about your personal issues. The initial Human Resources representative lied to me and misinformed me about the shift differential pay. He was the only reason I chose to work such a terrible schedule.
