      Pros

      Bend over backwards to make new hires feel welcome - especially if you are a member of the Business Leadership Program. Down-to-earth, approachable CEO and most executives. Good community, giving & diversity programs.

      Cons

      All decisions made by a very small group - no trust or empowerment. Too much dead wood from GE & loyalty to legacy employees who are unable or unwilling to evolve. Paralyzed by process.

      Pros

      Great culture, friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company has a lot of bad leaders around who don't pursue great leadership skills. A lot of employees have been leaving the company due to bad management. The company lacks great leadership and employee training. Very political environment, which doesn't make it easy for you to get stuff done or move internally.

      Pros

      Nice management and co workers. Office facility is very nice.

      Cons

      Needs to update their computers systems. Still using AS400 and FDR, must be able to use multiply systems to process one transaction. "Constant" changes on procedures. And when I say 'constant' at a minimum monthly but as an average 2-3x a month. Numberous emails on how to handle work-a-rounds because somone did not do their job and test something before they through it into implementation. Increased work load and more responsibilities in past 3 years and annual raises actually have been consistently decreased year after year. Even though the Company is more profitable now than 4 years ago.
