      Pros

      I have just accepted an employment offer with Synchrony. So far everyone that I have dealt with have been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The hiring process has been smooth and it seems like they have it together. Excited to see how it goes.

      Pros

      ABSOLUTELY NONE. Before the class action lawsuit this company had decent benefits but since having to pay out millions to customers they cheated out of $$ they have no money left to pay for decent benefits.

      Cons

      This company changed its name from Ge Capital Retail bank after a LARGE settlement was won against the company due to misleading customers. The management has no common sense and no respect for the employees. Everyone is treated differently depending on your willingness to slave for them. You work so many hours with little pay and no respect. DO NOT WORK HERE.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great and the work environment is OK. The training is OK and the trainer staff is one of the best I have seen.

      Cons

      Management is sub-par at best. Most of the manager don't have a lot of experience in the fraud department and the department has no room for growth. Also no room for growth with in the company what so ever.
