Cons

Work every weekend and holidays. Barely any pto compared to working every weekend and holiday. All leadership is always on pto, never have any knowledge to help, take any excuse to take a rep to HR. Customer service and collections constantly are deceiving reps for the reason they are transferring just so they won’t deal with a hard cardholder and when you report it to leadership nothing is ever done. Quality does whatever they want and AGAIN leadership just eats it fly. Numbers are inconsistent. They illegally are having reps take certain type of calls and aren’t counting it in their numbers and then put them on formals. To say the least it’s a crap show and I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worse enemy.

Pros

They are very generous with their benefits for employees. You are well taken care of if you work for this company. They offer HMO, flexible wfh setup, shuttle services, bonuses, salary increase, educational assistance and an option for part time.

Cons

Still better than other call centers as you can have a stable career here.

Food coupons if you are working from home for 2200 INR a month, if working from office, free food, free 2 way transport, by the way you can choose if to work from office or home. Biyearly incentive (profit sharing), appraisal and hike every 9 months, built in gym, shower facilities if working from office. Cozy work environment, and do anything as long as you are meeting your numbers. If working from home, WORK FROM LITERALLY ANYWHERE, as long as you are giving your login hours and numbers.
