      Pros

      They have great benefit plans and they also offer a good amount of time off as well as flexible schedules

      Cons

      The pay for fraud is low also some of the managers have their favorites making it hard for anyone else on the "team"

      Pros

      The number one reason to work at synchrony is their benefits package! Most companies start giving out benefits 30-90 days from the date of hire but synchrony gave out theirs the first day of orientation. The pay is nice as well and if you surround yourself with positive leaders, your work day will go smoothly. they also help with coaching services if you need more help learning the material. Also, their café is great. you get bonuses as well and get to switch up your shift if your are just not feeling they day.

      Cons

      I hated working at night. I made sure I was at the top of my class when it came to work and I thought because of my hard work I would have gotten a reasonable schedule- but they stuck everyone in a 12-9 shift. after 6 months and no word of a better shift I had to choose another job. I hate that I had to leave, but they were unwilling to work with me..i mean heck! I would have been great getting off at 6 or 7.. but 9-12 am? I never saw my kids...

      Pros

      The 2nd shift mail extraction manager reduces the stress while increasing the morale of the team. Also, touch bases with everyone to ensure everybody has a clear understanding. She's the reason for all the efforts with making our site great! Especially mine, I'm lucky to have her as a manager.

      Cons arent my protégés therefore there aren't any.
