Pros
Great place to work, supervisor, co-workers are awesome. PTO system is flexible, this is the first job that feels like a career, and first company that I encountered that actually desires employee feedback, and will act upon employee feedback a.s.a.p. They have a culture here that is all inclusive, fun, challenging, educating, and innovative. I love it.
Cons
They did not include our annual review raise with the base pay raise.
