      i want to rejoin the organisation and without giving me any valid reason they told me that "we didnt get +ve response from the manager " thats too after 40 days .it was a very bad experience n they r making false promises also....

      Pros

      Flexibility in scheduling, benefit time covering illness/doctors appointments, plenty of opportunities that come up and a low time in service requirement. The people are super friendly and always willing to help out if you ask.

      Cons

      Not everyone is invested in your success. You have to network hard and not take the first no for a solid answer. Get involved in networking groups and volunteer in order to keep your name visible. Sometimes the wrong manager ends up hurting your progress because if they don't know anything, neither do you (unless you have made other contacts).
