Pros

Steady, dependable income. Monthly qualifying bonuses. Good insurance/benefits. 401k & company match with weekly payments/deposits. Company match available for withdraw after 5yrs. Selectable contest prizes and company pays tax on prizes.

Cons

Calling people who are argumentative, embarrassed and broke can get tedious. Having the same conversation over and over can be disheartening and/or aggravating. Room for advancement to management is slim. 85-90% of the management team has been there 10+yrs.

Benefits and salary are competitive. Compare to other call centers in PR is one the best. Very employee-oriented.

Cons

Very stressful jobs due to high volume of calls and hard to handle clients.
