      Pros

      Great culture, CEO makes frequent visits to all sites and genuinely listens to employee feedback, excellent benefits and time off, option to work at home for many departments

      Cons

      A bit difficult to advance if you don't know the right people, taking time off can be a challenge, they give you a ton of sick leave but you get in trouble if you use it, it's hard to move from one department to another.
