      There are opportunities to learn and even launch a career in tech.

      Cons

      Morale is poor. Managers are young and quite awful - driven, micro-managers. Unethical treatment of employees on whims - for example - you could be promoted then promptly fired, you could be fired with cause and the cause invented and spliced into a review. There are talented employees who are not valued. Ageism abounds. Scratching the surface on diversity but it is mostly talk.
