Pros

Base pay was good (commission was not)

Cons

-Unorganized internal processes -lack of respect and communication within leadership -lack of leadership support -broken system being sold to clients -encouraged to mislead clients regarding retail partnerships and platform capabilities -forced to overpromise and underdeliver due to poor solution game plans, missed release dates, and internal chaos -revolving door of employees and management is always a bad sign...I should of paid closer attention to that -No analytics used to create territory and quotas

Pros

Syndigo gives you the opportunity to try roles you may not get elsewhere.

Cons

Vision is lacking. It's improved now with new leadership but the place is already a huge mess. Very high turnover. Solutions team can't give demos without running into issues. Sales teams aren't incentivised to sell all products. Design and Architecture teams are literally the worst I've ever seen. There's no technical leader who knows how to scale - they gotten to their positions by being around a long time and knowing existing systems but they have no clue how to take it to the next level. Product doesn't know what the users want. Engineers are incapable of making decisions. Account management teams don't know any marketing. Place is a dumpster fire of mismanaged priorities, low budgets, overworked staff, and low salaries (50% below industry standard). But you get what you pay for.

Pros

None at all, they were only interested in what benefit the company even if it was at the cost of your health.

Cons

Corporate always wants to put out a great facade for the world to see, with them being nominated as a great place to work for. That only qualifies if you work at Corporate in Chicago or Nashville. If you work at a remote location you are left to fend for yourself, conditions are deplorable, and when you ask for a raise they let you go. According to someone who was let go and then brought back they were told they would never be paid more than $15.00 per hour so to take it or leave it. Beware of this place they make it seem great, but from personal experience from the CEO down to HR are the worst. I was brought back early from c-section maternity leave that was unpaid) because the person they hired quit on them and my supervisor called everyday for 2 weeks straight asking me to comeback. Then I got covid and I was asked to come back less than 5 days in and again my supervisor called everyday at 7am wanting to know when I was coming back. Real caring place.
