Pros

You are left alone to do your job, Work from home policy.

Cons

You are left alone to do you job, Support is non-existent you won't get any help. You have to be in the "clique" or you are ignored and treated different. High turnover new people all the time. Mid-Managers just trying to promote and looking out for themselves with no consideration for those who work under them. No vision, no planning and no follow through. Alot of window dressing. There is very little communication within and between departments, large and thick silos. More effort will be given to try and get this removed then consideration for the validity on these concerns.

Pros

Syndigo is a great place to be if you are willing to put in the time and effort to make money and produce. Compensation is will above industry standards and the training program is very structured and thorough. Exceptional place to get into technology sales and be rewarded with generous commissions. Really fun, upbeat, and positive colleagues. Progressive, upbeat vibe you'd get at a Silicon Valley tech firm. Very strong product and culture. Clients love the product cause it actually works. VP of Sales has a great head on his shoulders and actually cares about his personnel.

Cons

There has been change via mergers and acquisitions and so there was attrition. Some people do not like change and I can understand but this is the current landscape we are in. Also wish there swas more transparency. Occasionally, work/life balance can be challenging if you have a family.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, work from home (although company is shifting to return to office)

Cons

The company has been struggling with focus and direction for the last 2 years, and the recent acquisition and leadership changes made the situation even worse. Frequent leadership changes and layoffs have created an unstable environment where priorities shift constantly and products do not get built based on any particular strategy. The product organization operates without a cohesive strategy. Leadership appears fixated on AI as a catch-all solution — it dominates discussions and priorities — yet there’s little evidence of meaningful product execution or strategy behind it. Instead of setting a clear vision, initiatives change week to week based on the latest internal trend. Disciplines like UX design and research have been deprioritized, leading to a noticeable decline in quality and consistency. The culture values short-term optics over building sustainable, user-driven solutions. The company continues to trail competitors and shows no signs of catching up under the current leadership approach. If you’re considering joining the Product team, be prepared for shifting goals, unclear leadership, and limited opportunity to do focused, impactful work.
