Pros

I tried to reach them out after resigning to confirm something and they are very good at ignoring emails and calls.

Cons

After the acquisition employees lost stock options. We never got compensated or got a salary increase. They can fire 25-30% of employees within a second. People are never safe because they do not know whether they will have employment tomorrow. And it doesn't matter whether a person is a top performer or not. No one is safe. If they buy your startup start looking for a new job immediately.

Pros

Some people in the company do their best to make it successful Amazing technical support team (IT Helpdesk)

Cons

The whole idea of the company is to buy tons of startups and turn them into something unuseful. They try to migrate everything into their platform and it's an inconvenience for customers. They acquired our start-up and canceled our stock options benefits. We didn't get either compensation or some bonus. Overpromising to customers and letting them down with missed deadlines. Stuff turnover. Many decent managers came but didn't last more than three months and left. Strong Engineering Team was until they started laying off core specialists. No promotion/raise/career opportunities/switching directions. Whatever you get in the beginning is firm. No compensation for layoff. Former employees get only salary and vacations. They lay off people on the final stage of the green card process (a couple of weeks until they get it or so) - without considering war in their country. HR doesn't bother replying to emails, the phone sends to voicemail without calling back. No promotion, minimal yearly increase - 3%; the official reply from the management was to be grateful that no one was fired. (It looks like 30% of engineers from wave 1 and then 25% of engineers from wave 2 are no one for them.) Minimal diversity
