Pros

Syndigo has great people & customers. Leadership is generally supportive. You can tell there's been a focus on creating a winning organization.

Cons

Things take time. Building a great company doesn't happen overnight. Many of the internal processes are outdated. This leads to some things taking longer than they should. I believe management is aware of this and is working to improve it.

Pros

Excellent way to start off your career - whether it is in sales or marketing the company gives you skills you can build towards a career. Great coworkers to work with along with a product that sells well to the customers we work for. Recommended if you need to build experience.

Cons

There has been a lot of kneejerk changes (which is a part of the world of sales) but I've had my position changed several times throughout my time which can affect long term career outlook. Majority of business is done through current clients & you need to scrap for accounts sometimes. Pay is under market value too

Pros

- We do have the option to work fully remote. - We have unlimited PTO which really helps with work-life balance. I have been encouraged to take time for myself to focus on family/mental health. - I feel genuinely cared for by management and several of my peers. - I am new to Software Sales, but I do think that Syndigo's pay structure is more than fair. - Although I work fully remote, we do have opportunities to see each other in person multiple times a year which are very fun.

Cons

I have been working at Syndigo for about two years. As a whole, I don't have many complaints. If I had to name one: I would say that I had three changes in managers since I started which was difficult at times as each one had a very different manager style.
