Great work culture, hands-on leadership, and high-quality product
Pros
I came to Syndigo on a referral from a good friend who I've known for years. It's been a great experience so far for several reasons, but there are 3 that I would emphasize: 1. The culture at Syndigo is very supportive and fosters genuine growth. Whether it's my direct sales team, the product or support teams, or even the enablement team that was crucial to bringing me onboard, everyone here has been extremely hospitable and made sure that I felt empowered to do my job. In turn, I've felt really motivated to support others wherever possible. 2. You get the opportunity to work with and around an industry-leading product that you can truly take pride in. To me, that's very important, especially having been in the customer's seat before. The executive leadership at Syndigo is made up of a team of experts who've been doing what they're doing for a very long time. 3. Finally, Syndigo provides one of the better work-life balances I've experienced in my 10+ years in the workforce. I would really recommend this as a workplace where you can contribute and work hard, but one that also still lets you maintain a full personal life.
Cons
There's always going to be something. The main con that comes to mind is that there are some minor growing pains that affect workflows from time to time. Syndigo has spent the last couple of years acquiring companies, and that's part of what makes it such a powerful product. But leadership is very conscious of what's left to tackle, and our teams receive weekly updates about continuous improvement efforts.
