      1. Low pay compared to the market relative to required expertise. 2. Merging products of different acquired companies to a single platform has been a technical nightmare. 3. Low growth.

      Pros

      Growing company. Merging companies is always difficult but it's being done in a thoughtful way. Organization has made changes to its structure that is more cohesive and allows for improved operations. I love my team and my manager who provides a very collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Growing fast does come with pains. We're moving so fast that communication falls short at times. This leads to confusion and frustration between departments are priorities aren't aligned. I'd also say the pay is a little lower than market.

      It is a great space to work and grow in your career. The leaders and team are supportive, skilled, and knowledgeable, and the culture promotes collaboration, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and opportunities to take ownership and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Timings might be off for Architects, leaders, and some key personas, but collaborating across the globe comes with this hit.
