Pros

Reading the other legitimate Glassdoor reviews brought me joy. The days I saw "Precarious House of Cards" (one week before we were sold) and "Horrible Humans" were great. If you're in Chicago aged 20-40, maybe 50, and were in a frat, you might like working here, especially in sales.

Cons

The company is growing at an uncontrollable rate. They do not have an integration plan, much less know how the companies can work together in the future. Company health looks great, if you don't understand how acquisitions work. Sales is out of touch with reality, yet is the only team the C-level cares about, well, besides trying to sweet talk their next potential acquisition. My favorite townhall announcement was when "a majority stake" in the company was acquired by TJC. We were bought, please stop treating your employees like idiots. The CEO actually said he had been working them over! He was quick to say he meant working with them.

How to run a business into the ground while chasing a quick buck

Pros

They bought a few actually good products, but no idea how long that will last with no development.

Cons

Bought up a bunch of companies with real products and gutted them. They think they can get rid of veteran development teams and keep the product moving forward... Management just keeps lying up the chain to each other, and it will blow up in their faces sooner than later. There is 0 communication. C levels are holed up in a bunker-like atmosphere just waiting to cash their checks and run before it all comes crashing down. They'll send out a fluffy "we are committed" blah blah email once in a quarter and that's it. Just waiting to flip this asset and move on to the next. Avoid at all costs. This is not a company focused on creating a valuable product. It's a bloated financial bubble, and it's about to burst.

Horrible Humans

Pros

There are literally no pros to working for this company.

Cons

The leadership team is the absolute worse. They treat people horribly. Worse than that, they are inhumane. They treat people so badly, it's as though it was a bad 1950s film on how not to treat people, but they actually do treat them that way.
