No organization whatsoever, you are forced to sell products that are continually integrating into a not so great all in one platform. Extremely difficult to upsell when the client isn't exactly happy with the current software. Tough to succeed.

Cons

job insecurity due to frequent restructuring and regular acquisition of smaller companies & budgetary realignment. extremely demanding workloads that continually escalate though adequate staffing remains an issue.
