Pros

Some smart hard working people in the trenches.

Cons

Managent are a bunch of amateurs that are not focused on building a quality product, but instead just making something look good on paper. Promising everything but it’s all vapor-ware. The product technology is questionable and not scalable.

Pros

You’ll quickly find others to console in when you realize you’re at a terrible place.

Cons

First, please know that the reviews saying this place is great are completely staged by management . This is said in so many other reviews, but it needs to be believed. It has been documented by other previous managers as well as seen internally. Don’t let them fool you. To the actual review,... They say that bad companies start at the top. This is the best way to describe what’s happening here... The ownership down to VPs and directors are terrible people. There is a major push at all time to be “bought in” to the point they’ve planted “moles” in meetings to try and figure out who is on board with their vision or not. I’m all for being a part of a team, but they 100% do not care about their employees. There are countless incidents of people being let go or money taken out of their pocket just because they’re not part of this cult atmosphere. Sales reps are promised one thing but then when it comes time to get paid for deals closed, they’ll work angles to make sure you don’t get what was promised. The VPs that run the org are nowhere close to qualified to manage this size organization and it will not take long at all to understand why. Given that this review will inevitably be taken down as so many others have been, I highly recommend reaching out via LinkedIn to previous employees before considering employment here. That is the only way you’ll get the truth.
