      Pros

      This company is building exciting technology that powers e-commerce and all kinds of product information tools. Our work matters. I love the team. I never though I’d find the energy and passion of a startup in a larger company, but we are committed to our goals and making them happen every day. This is a great company for people looking to grow, to push themselves to be their best, and to do work that matters.

      Cons

      Not a great fit if you want to punch the clock. This is a place for people who want to take ownership of their work and make things happen.

      Pros

      Collaborative environment, no micro-managing, and tons of opportunities for growth and success (including financial rewards). I've been given the tools for success, it's up to me to use them! This is not the place for people that aren't willing to put the work in, but a perfect place for people looking to be a part of innovation in a growing field. Amazing coworkers and the best Syndigo t-shirts (thanks marketing team!).

      I would love more collaboration with the other offices...I know this is hard based on geography, but would love more team in-person events.
