      Pros

      new office downtown Chicago, new office in Lisle. opened new office in Cleveland. Company is investing in technology. Growing company, so there is growth opportunity for employees. Leadership is accessible and open to input. PTO policy is reasonable.

      Cons

      several acquisitions in the last year which have brought changes. There are more changes likely in the future. If you don't want to work at a place that is changing as it grows, this won't be the company for you. Health insurance is through Cigna. No tuition reimbursement. Should improve parental leave policy. No pre-tax transit. Downtown office and Lisle office aren't particularly well connected to one another, so it's almost like two different companies in one metro area.

      None they are not existent.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible, they are like blind pigs. The new CEO Paul is horrible and a terrible lier. Company is stuck in the 1800s and the most old school place I have ever experienced.
