      Pros

      Can't think of one positive thing.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero idea what they are doing. They pretty much make mistakes with everything they do. They hide things from their employees and do things to constantly make them feel horrible. They lie about 99% of the time to their employees. CEO and his minions are horrible, mean, bad people.

      There are literally no pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      The leadership team is the absolute worse. They treat people horribly. Worse than that, they are inhumane. They treat people so badly, it's as though it was a bad 1950s film on how not to treat people, but they actually do treat them that way.

      Company is going through a major transformation that is shaking up the space. The new exec team is putting a heavy emphasis on growth both organically and through major acquisitions. Making a lot of the right moves at the right time to fill a need in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Employees get a lot of partial information, especially around timelines for major changes to the business.
