Leaders of Syndio are blatantly incompetent and ineffective. It’s obvious just how clueless the leaders here are, given their horrible decision-making and lack of sense of accountability. They’re not only ignorant and inept, but they’re also negligent and apathetic toward the employees. It’s one thing to be inexperienced, but it’s another to be simply incompetent and incapable of leading. And it’s made even worse by the leaders’ attitude of just doing the bare minimum. Syndio has a useless and weak leadership, to put it simply.

Sadly, Syndio has a disconnected leadership. Our leaders are apathetic to the complaints of the employees, and they’re disconnected from the realities of the workplace and the industry. I know that the leadership is capable, but it doesn’t try. Maybe because it’s mostly comprised of careless and lazy people.
