No work. You will see Model cum CEO here, who keeps coming on radio,youtube, fake interviews and his photo show and town hall when he keeps buffing about the growth story. Resourcing team head VC, calls onsite as lolly-pop, he keeps roaming from USA,Dubai,No management skills. He roams like king in company, but after 2 years he will get fired.He is the only reason why most of the people resign.
Cons
They can fire you anytime. No salary hike. CEO keep changing the appraisal cycle by his will. If you are in good with managers and know many directors then you will get good hike and appraisal.
