1) They will provide you online courses to update your Skills. 2) They will pay you more compare to market if you ask. 3) They will not disturb you if you are in project. 4) They will pay you 3 to 4 months salary while firing.

Cons

1) They follow Zero bench system , they will fire you once you out of project.

If you have project you have job security. 12 to 9 shift so less traffic. New technology to learn .. good training programmes for people in bench.

Cons

Job security Very few onsite opportunity
