Salary wise it's good but if you are joining from career growth point of view then I will rate it as 2/10. 2 bcoz of salary.

Cons

My experience with synechron: They need senior resources for which no one wants to join synechron. So they hire H1B guys giving them a hope of onsite. They pamper them for a year and then ask them to work in offshore in some other location. 4-5 out of 100 people get on-site opportunity. Also they don't work on proper technology. They have created their own framework to create dependency for client. Those framework are not generic which will impact your profile.
