None, pays good package. So can use as an option to get better offer from some other company.

Cons

Ridiculous HR policies, management sucks. Hire and fire happening all the time. They keep people on bench for months and fire them on a random Friday evening without any reasoning. Fake projects and fake onsite opportunities. Stay away from this company.

Synechron is a great company where every employee gets to learn and work on exciting projects to contribute towards company achievement. The company ha some excellent employee oriented activities which keeps everyone excited and motivated towards work. Synechron is always at the fore-front of maintaining a good work culture and a great working environment for its employees. Glad to work with this company and learn, this will be another achievement in professional endeavour.

+ Good infrastructure + Good salary + Good opportunity + Mostly good people

Cons

Overall I wished none but few if taken care of would be a better place to work with + High politics only people good at buttering seems to have growth. + Number of managers seems to be more than required, for any project. + Technical mangers seems to have very low technical skill. + Bench buffer seems to be too high.
