Good company to start career and also very good pay structure

1. Good for freshers 2. Best pay structure, No variable 3. Transport Facility Available 4. No Dress code policy, very good leave structure(earned leaves, seek leaves, paternity leaves, Public holidays) 5. Flexible working hours, good work life balance 6. Very good Cafeteria, sodexo coupon facility 7. Basic salary is more,Tax saving (Sodexo coupons, health Insurance) 8. Career and financial growth is good but depends on projects

Cons

1. Less onsite opportunities up to lead level. 2. There are multiple training's but managers doesn't approve. 3. Very less options to change internally on projects 4. Some employees working from long time do not have much knowledge but still they are leading(Comfort Zone)

Pros

Very good work environment with great team work and facilities for employees like transportation, activities, indoor games, massage chairs and awards etc. More on-site opportunities and challenging works. No dress code and most important the CEO implements the needs of the employees raised during each awards ceremonies. Good perks and pay. A gaming section has been opened on request by employees. The CEO is really working hard to take the company to new heights by acquiring new companies and diversifying the domains.

Cons

Flexible working hours should be introduced.

You will get good learning, there is so much work here. The responsibilities that you get here as an individual are more than you will get in other companies.

Cons

In Some projects people have to work on weekend regularly. More manager driven organization.
