1. Good Salary 2. Management is very friendly 3. Lot to learn . 4. I joined as a fresher and got trained in the technology of my choice.

Cons

1. There is a lot of politics in the company. 2. They train you in a particular technology and if they dont have any projects on that they send you to other projects that use completely different technology that you were trained in.
