Synechron Australia is just a body shopping organisation which will just place employees at client and then expect employees to treat the client as gods and work for them like servants, even if client has unfair expectation. You will feel you are not heard at all, You feel like at the mercy of client, if client escalates they will put lot of pressure instead of understanding client unfair pressure. You feel less human while working with Synechron. Only good thing is they will pay good to attract employees, rest there is no vertical growth and you just feel crap each day.
