1. Company Management is good. 2. Company is self funded and growing at a very faster rate. 3. Synechron do care about thier employee's in terms of facilities such as Transport, Health Insurance policies, relocation, Hybrid work policy. 4. Synechron is recession proof company, there was very less or no impact on synechron during 2008 recession. 5. Synechron offers decent salary to its employees. 6. Synechron is having its own Finlab and there is good amount if work done by the team using Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Cons

1. Location is bit far at Hinjewadi, now a days its too hectic to travel to office from Pune or PCMC because of the road condition 2. Need some more good projects in Banking and Finance domain.
