May be 1 or 2 lacs more salary compare to another company but for that you have to pay your sunday, Saturday,and night, overtime your have to do without extra pay

Cons

1. If you are new employee management will never trust on you and your work, they trust only old employee 2. Your hard work will not consider, old employee will lead the team and daisest your all credit 3. No job security 4. If you not able to survive due to politics 90% chance to you will get ladoff 5. No Job security and work life balance ⚖️
