Pros

Corporate seems to do a good job overall, handled the pandemic very well with minimal furloughs (top execs took salary cuts instead!). Good benefits.

Cons

Princeton site management has taken a nosedive. There are virtually no professional development initiatives, analysts are treated like line workers and burnout culture is the norm. Everyone is underpaid.

Cons

Not a con, but an encouragement to all leaders: always seek to listen to your people. Executive leadership does a great job at this and are an excellent example of exemplifying emotional intelligence.

* Salary & Benefits * Management seems understanding of Project team plights sometimes * Opportunity to grow * New Study Trusted Process (Quick start camp) cool idea to get all plans, budgets done prior to KOM * Some good team members

Cons

* Yes man CRO. Whatever the Sponsor says go. No support to push back from management Finance Management System: Duplication of effort in 2 systems that don't talk to each other * Contractors assigned to projects that just collect checks and don't do work which makes work/life balance a challenge. * Resourcing Challenges: You will have to do work that is not in your job description * New Process Roll outs are not streamlined or communicated effectively * Resourcing is only managed by the Director level and above so if you're managing projects, you wont get to see reports without a request that takes days * IT Help desk always backlogged * No SMEs available or points of contract for help * Employee Resource Groups or Diversity is not heavily promoted. Hardly see this activity on the Intranet
