Pros

Engaged inclusive corporate culture, resourceful, innovative, and guided by it’s mission. Low turnover in my area, and potential for career growth. Award-winning business. Great ethics. Responsive, accountable CEO.

Cons

I’ve worked here for a long time remotely so I’m used to it now, but working remotely can be a challenging adjustment.

Pros

Great leadership on the reimbursement and access teams. Communication is fairly transparent. The pay and benefits (company car or allowance, pto) is better than at other companies that have similar teams.

Cons

Access roles are contract so you're at the whim of the client on certain things like holiday schedules and communications. There is not a lot of room for advancement - no team leads or level 2 associates, just associates and managers, so it's hard to move up if your manager doesn't leave.
