Pros
They offer a wide range of capabilities so you have the ability to learn as much as you can about healthcare if you are new to the industry. A great launch pad into another company or one of the their clients after 2 years.
Cons
Their Corporate function (particularly the Marketing and Communications function) is backwards from a management perspective, lies about roles to fill positions, is infected with bad behaviour, offers terrible work-life balance, is terrible for mobility within the company, is terrible for diversity and is not open to change no matter what the leadership says.
