This company is controlling. I worked in the Speaker Bureau department under Cadent Medical Communications and their leadership team is very unorganized and don’t communicate well. The managers are controlling and talk horribly and unprofessionally about employees to other employees. When multiple complaints were made to HR nothing was done about it. Also, they keep losing speaker bureau business and can’t get any more. They don’t train their employees properly and therefor they don’t do their jobs correctly. I worked here for 5 years and it has gone down hill quickly.

No work life balance, especially all remote monitoring. If you don't have 10 days visits a month, you will be ask to fill it up to help other trials with same sponsor. Managers don't listen to your overburn, since they are in the same situations. PMs have no experience in managing trials or CRA experience, they are basically promoted project specialist. Leads are dropping like flies, you have a skeleton crew on the trial. No immediate support when need...the list goes on, but its been like this for the last 9 months.
