Flexible paid time off policy and can work fully remotely for most positions. Company is growing – expanding the internal team into new areas and constantly bidding on new client contracts. Consistent client base that has worked with our team and used our services for years. Leadership truly cares about the employees which is reflected in every decision they make. Supportive, caring environment where you are provided the resources and opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Competitive salary. The benefits are outstanding! Two medical plans to choose from and an HRA that pays down the deductible; Dental is great; Vision is paid by the company for the employee. Life + Disability paid by the company. Quite a few optional add ons such as pet insurance, accident coverage, critical illness, identify theft, and additional life insurance for self and family. The 401k plan wasn’t the most competitive in the industry and the leadership worked to make changes to the plan this year to make it more beneficial for the employees.
