      Pros

      I joined Syner-G in Oct 2023 and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I have found the team and overall culture to be collaborative and fun with opportunities for career growth and flexibility to work remotely. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged to share my ideas. Across the organization, you're given the tools and support to reach your career goals. The company goes above and beyond to create a vibrant and fun work environment. We recently had a pumpkin painting happy hour to celebrate fall. Leadership gives out quarterly awards to celebrate colleagues who have made important contributions during the global company meeting. Syner-G embraces the future of work by offering exceptional remote flexibility. There is a new office location in Framingham for those who are local, but most work from home across the US.

      Cons

      Since so many are remote, there isn't a lot of opportunity to meet in person. But quarterly meetings and events bring everyone together.
