Pros
The permanent 100% work from home is very appreciated. The company still makes every effort for those that live further away not to feel left out. The compensation is okay and the bonus program is nice. The 401K program is amazing and I love the fact that we have the option to have our portfolios managed. The benefits are good and up to par with industry standards. The variety of work has been amazing so far.
Cons
The 2 acquisitions and the merger all happened in a such a short amount of time. The company did not have a career ladder when I started and now with the acquisitions and the merger the basic one that was provided to us earlier this year is no longer relevant, so I still feel in the dark about what it takes to get to the next level for a raise.
