      Pros

      Flexible work from home opportunities, fair salary, flexible time off/unlimited time off policy, room for growth, management and senior leadership that really cares, coworkers and teammates who care for each other, excellent work/life balance, good benefits, 401k match, insurance, HSA, etc. Strong HR team with good online resources. Paid volunteer time and sick time.

      Pros

      Syner-G BioPharma is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The C-Suite truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Syner-G BioPharma is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Because Syner-G is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes and new processes being put into place, this happens fairly frequently, which is both exciting and rewarding when done correctly.

      Cons

      If I had to touch on any cons for Syner-G it would be base salary. It is a bit lower then industry, experience and level standard that is out there. But in no way is it unacceptable.
