      Not anymore. Used to be happy to come to work.

      High turnover and hostile environment from new management that threatens your job if you are going to have one or not.

      Pros

      Great group of recruiters/sales/account managers to work with. Leadership was approachable.

      Cons

      Lower pay, minimal yearly increases. Not much chance for advancement. Benefits not the best. Micromanaged for many aspects. for instance: Be at desk ready to work at 9am not 9:01....

      Pros

      Synergy is of a rare breed of companies that treat its employees as people, not numbers. They want you to grow with the company, want to earn your loyalty, are invested in making sure you are as successful as you can be in your position.

      Cons

      Slightly on the conservative side, which, I suppose, is not a con for some people, more a preference.
