      Pros

      Timely payed.. Compensations and benefit are ok as well.

      Cons

      Not aggressive enough to get you another project after completion of your current project. Limited end clients. Not good relations with end clients.

      Pros

      I have worked for a few recruitment firms ranging from small to large in size. Synergy is a company that values its employees and stands behind honesty and integrity. They do not micro-manage, but expect that the professionals they hire will come to work and get the job done. The work/life balance is incredible. Honestly, as a recruiter it seems alien to have a weekend free, let alone every weekend free. What do I do with my free time...

      Cons

      If anything a better commission structure, but with the work life balance I am not complaining at all.

      Pros

      Friendly work place. Take steps to show employees are valued. Good teamwork, and great transparency. never fell like I am kept out of the loop, and always have access to my management to ask questions about important topics.

      Cons

      conservative....not to a fault or really a con, but only thing that came to mind.
