      Pros

      Lots of hard work to do. Good energy, everyone is very friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are, they stop and take the time to talk with you.

      Cons

      Job did not last long enough. is seasonal, and only able to work during the harvest season. Would like to find a job like it that lasts longer.

      Created a very positive work environment, new division with lots of support financially and quick responses from other inter-dependent divisions

      Cons

      Our division was new so direction hadn't been set very well. Responsibilities were vague and due to the placement of team members it was hard to communicate issues and keep everyone well informed of current best practices
