Good work culture and importance given to recent research and development. Co-workers were extremely helpful and supportive.The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting and collaborating with new people each day!

Cons

The pay is relatively low pay for my qualifications. Salary-rise was low despite record profits and sales. No other Cons. Too much politics.

Dependence on external vendors on each and every item as well as for system. Poor internal control. working in silos. Leaders are not firm on their statement. Boss's Spoon will get all the benefits. Poor appreciation and rewards.

Management disconnected from rest of Company. People have lost trust to Top Management. Future of the company very uncertain. Many non-qualified people in leadership positions. People promoted based on years of service or based on who they know, and not based on real skills and qualifications. Very short-term focused company with Top-down pressure for Budgets and cost cuts. Extremely risk averse with slow decision making process. Very bad Top-down communication process.
