      Pros

      Very informative and a very inviting work atmosphere to be in. Those who work there have a clear passion for what they do.

      Cons

      The hours during the summer months can be unpredictable and there is little structure during these months regarding scheduling. The work environment can also be quite taxing on your body.

      Syngenta was a great company to work with. Excellent professional people and great spirit to create the future of the company to bring plant potential to live. Great options to work in different business areas and functions.

      Cons

      Currently disconnect of top management with the people. Focus on operational short term financial results. Huge pressure on budget, while the business should grow. Constant re-organisation do not allow to focus on the products and customer offers
