Great development opportunities, interesting products, if your supervisor supports you you can do a lot

Cons

had leadership change and had to leave as my new supervisor was completely terrible. Too much ex management consultants in the company. The company become really an ex McKinsey ground which is making it difficult to implement solutions.

Cons

Lack of career advancement, has a culture of apathy, lack of connection to the overall business mission, at times feels like an academic environment rather than a business driven culture.
