Nice staff, easy to work with

Very poor upper management. Little room for development. Was good company but with less growth, company started to shift it's operations out of CH to reduce cost base.

Good benefits, highly profitable business (easier decision-making), overall easy-going ways-of-working.

Cons

Leadership completely lost - there is no clear vision of where the company is going, fat-cat structure in senior leadership with too many almost-retired cruisers, latelly terrible climate in office due to restructuring. High level of outsourcing done wrong.
